The client will be held responsible for all items supplied to them, by Discovery Wines Limited, in the event that loss or damage should occur as a result of the client or their guests. In such a case, an additional fee may apply to replace the lost or damaged item(s). The client will be responsible for the items from the time of delivery at the location until Discovery Wines Staff has returned to pick up the items on the previously agreed date and time. Prior to pick up all items should be lightly rinsed. Failure to rinse may result in a further cleaning charge. Replacement costs for the lost or damaged items will be billed to the client. The client will be notified of the additional costs prior to being billed.
