Camus Extra Dark and Intense, released fifteen years after Extra Elegance was first introduced, is produced by selecting Extra casks, emptying them, re-toasting them and then returning the spirit back to the cask for a further maturation!
Bright, tinted with mahogany and topaz in color. The bouquet sturdy and powerful offering crème brûlée, gingerbread and roasted macadamia nut aromas. The palate is intense with creamy, buttery notes, robust and lingering finish characterized by subtly spicy dark chocolate notes.
