Light and bright, ready to pour. The nose produces a bright, zesty, sherbet lemon aroma with enticingly rich notes of mandarin and subtle accents of lime. On the palate, an effervescent lemon sherbet and bittersweet orange balance out, swiftly followed by piney juniper and peppery spice, with touches of woody citrus in tow. The finish has a variety of highly prized Japanese Pomelo which contributes a subtle but gorgeous grapefruit taste with a rich, creamy mouthfeel and honeyed sweetness.
