Vodka, from milk? Yes. When Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber and his friend, Paul Archard, wanted to cut back on milk waste from the family cheesemaking business, they took inspiration from ancient Mongolians – and decided to distil it. And the UK’s first pure milk vodka was born.
