Made only in an exceptional vintage, from a unique harvest, the D Millésimé champagne is made up of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot noir, selected from the best plots. It is matured for a further 7 years, revealing all its complexity on the nose and no the palate.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, it offers a vibrant and complex aromatic profile. Aromas of ripe yellow apples, juicy pear and hints of lemon zest at the forefront and delicate floral notes in the background. Subtle hints of toasted brioche and almond add layers of complexity to the bouquet. The palate of Devaux ‘D’ Champagne Millésimé 2012 displays great finesse and balance. The initial taste reveals crisp citrus flavours, with zesty lemon and tangy grapefruit that combine with the ripe orchard fruit from the nose as the champagne opens up in the mouth.
