Saint Bris is located in the area of Auxerre (a little over 20 miles from Chablis). Produced exclusively of Sauvignon Blanc (the only appellation to do so in Burgundy) on clay-chalky soils.

Appearance: Pale lemon
Nose: Remarkably aromatic with notes of green apple, citrus fruits, peach, and crushed blackcurrant leaves.
Palate: This complexity introduces a fruit which is full, flowery and elegant, with a hint of salt and spice in the finish.
