Tasting Notes: Bright, brilliant ruby red. A delicate and fragrant nose with lovely fruit (cherry). Intense and concentrated on the palate. The seductive finesse of the tannins is surprising in combination with its potent character.
Food Pairing: It goes particularly well with light dishes, charcuterie, tuna, carpaccio, and tapas, as well as pasta and risotto.
