Cabernet Sauvignon was the second varietal to appear under the Brown Estate label. Following four vintages of strictly Zinfandel production they began bottling their estate Cab Sauv with the 2000 vintage. This wine is produced from two vineyards blocks on the east side of the property.

Wine Region: Napa Valley, California
Tasting Notes: Purple flowers, eucalyptus, grenadine, blackberry, boysenberry. Secondary notes of, saddle, crushed limestone, forest floor, citrus, holiday spice, heavy cream. Medium body, luxurious creamy texture integrates seamlessly with vibrant acidity and fine tannins. Elegant and soft finish with nicely integrated tannins.
