Tasting Notes: Dark cherry red with medium to deep color intensity. Distinctive notes of bell pepper, ripe red fruit, and oak-imparted notes of toast and spices. Lively on entry, medium to full-bodied with concentrated tannins conferring a dense, fleshy texture. Bright tannins give the wine freshness and linearity.
Food Pairing: It goes very well with wild game recipes such as venison or wild boar.
