Tasting Notes: The Curator is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cinsault and Grenache Noir from the Swartland and the surrounding areas. Cherry and redcurrant aromas lead to blackcurrants and plums in the mouth, with refreshing acidity and a line of bitterness on the back palate.
