Grape Varietals: Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu and Arrufiac.

Wine Region: Southwest France, France

Tasting Notes: Unoaked and medium bodied. Opens with pretty aromatics of grapefruit, lemon, pears and honeysuckle which are underlined by a touch of minerality. Rich and zippy, zesty acidity on the palate with lovely balance through to the finish.

Food Pairing: Aperitif or with seafood or cheeses such as Comte or Gruyère.
