Shipping Information
We offer shipping island-wide in Bermuda.
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day; please be aware we give our staff Sundays off to spend with their family. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed, and we will call to arrange the details before delivery.
Orders over $250 receive FREE delivery; under this amount we charge $20 per delivery location.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. That said typically complete all orders within 1 working day after placing the order.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied because the wine is faulty (corked/oxidized), you may return the item(s) within 28 days from the date of purchase and our staff will be happy to give you a replacement or suggest an alternative.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@discoverywines.bm or 441-297-9463. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We only accept returns on full unbroken cases of wine/beers/spirits and these must not have been chilled prior to return. Pantry items must have an unbroken seal. All returns should be returned to the store you purchased them from.
Customers are responsible for returning all products unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method; if you paid by credit/debit card, this must be refunded to the original payment card.
