White Roof is their premium distilled London Dry Gin which launched in May 2020. Paying tribute to the rain-catching white roofs that adorn our colourful island homes it’s an artisanal, small batch gin with a perfect blend of juniper, citrus and spice (think zesty lemon and warm cinnamon). Other botanicals used in the distilling process include orange, coriander seed, licorice, cassia bark and angelica root.
White Roof delivers a more traditional and classic gin profile, juniper forward but with a hint of prickly pear (yes!) to smooth and mellow the finish. Delicious! Enjoy White Roof in a dry gin martini, BG+T, or creative cocktail.
