Adnams Copper House Dry Gin

This cracking gin from Adnams is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier, resulting in a very creamy and rich spirit, although at this point it isn’t yet technically a gin! To complete the final stage, it is then infused with six botanicals including juniper, cardamom pod, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. 

Sweet, floral nose with hints of barley, juniper berry and citrus. Zesty, sweet palate with barley, vanilla, hints of cardamom and fresh flowers. Soft, floral finish. Orange Peel or Orange
