Since it became the first area in Spain to use stainless steel and cold fermentation equipment, the Penedès winegrowers have produced excellent modern wines from a blend of native and French grape varieties. This has been possible thanks to the variety of altitudes, terrain and microclimates of Penedès, which is perfect for optimum growth of the different grape varieties.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow, bright and bright. Fresh and fragrant aroma of fruit (citrus) with a very delicate floral background (broom). Incisive, with an expressive palate and a rich apple and honey finish.
