Bruno Rocca Barbaresco ‘Rabaja’ 2015
The Rabajà vineyard is one of the most historic, famous, and sought-out crus of Barbaresco. Here is where our family made history. Our grandparents Rocca Francesco and Bo Maria Adelaide purchased it in 1958, with its farmhouse of the same name. It is where the seat of our winery sits today.
Grape Varietals: 100% Nebbiolo
Wine Region: Rabajà, Barbaresco, Italy
Tasting Notes: Beautiful aromas of rose, strawberry, dark cherry, dried porcini and woody earth. In the mouth it's finely detailed, medium to full bodied and has an impeccable balance of ripe fruit, acidity and tannins that will see this age gracefully for decades.
Food Pairing: Braised Veal
