Tasting Note: Clean, fresh fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry. Approachable with soft, supple tannins, lovely acidity and a white pepper finish. 'Balance' is an over used term in wine criticing, but David's Bourgogne Pinot Noir displays great balance and fruit concentration, open 90 minutes before serving.
