Matured in oak of which 20% was new for 12 months it captures the concentration of the vintage. Blackcurrants cherries plum crumble raspberry black tea lavender toast vanilla woodsmoke cola and earthy spices all come together in an exceptional and velvety red. Consider pairing with roast lamb slow-cooked stews and winter fare but don’t be in any rush to open it because this will continue to evolve beautifully over the next ten years.
