Wine Region:  Saint Estephe, Bordeaux, France.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic, vibrant and loaded with blueberry and cassis, the palate is firm, structured and poised, but there is a super richness of plum and black fruits with the Merlot element playing well. The tannins are polished and there is also a whiff of gun-smoke, whilst the finish is long and intense.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with a classic beef wellington.
