Château Palmer 2010
Château Palmer is a leading wine estate in Margaux. Although officially ranked a Third Growth, at their best, the wines of Chateau Palmer are among the greatest anywhere in Bordeaux. Thanks to the health and consistency of the estate’s biodynamically produced fruit, Palmer has been able, to safely reduce the quantity of sulfites added throughout the process, aiming to produce wines with more freshness and purity of flavor.
Grape Varieties: 54% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot
Wine Region: Margaux, Bordeaux, France
Tasting Notes: The nose is dominated by blackcurrant, plum and spice with hints of violet. In the mouth it is full bodied and incredibly powerful. Its concentrated flavors linger on the palate.
