Vitteaut-Alberti Blanc de Blanc Brut 1.5 Litre (Magnum)
Located in Rully, south of Beaune, this family estate dedicates its entire vineyard production to crémant. Marrying Chardonnay and Aligoté from Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune, this Blanc de Blancs owes all its aromas to a 16 to 18-month élevage period in bottle.
Nose: A nose full of apples, almond and lightly cooked bread.
Palate: Ampleness and vinosity make up the mouth where flavours of toasted almonds, brioche, lemon and ripe apple persist.
Finish: A truely great example of Cremant de Bourgogne which is why you always need a magnum.
An elegant and beautifully structured Crémant with a warm bread and baked apple nose. Palate is bright with rounded acids, creamy texture and fresh mineralogy. Approachable with plenty of charm.
