Tasting Notes: A swirl of black cherry, strawberry and plum – the aromatics having tone, but a real depth this year. There is a quintessential, if anything even more pronounced, provencal herb quality to the ’21, which also exhibits some subtle saddle leather and earthy notes. This is a very fine, very classic Tempier.
