D'usse VSOP Cognac

Made from a selection of the finest eaux-de-vie, including some that were carefully matured in the cellars of the Chateau de Cognac in France, this spirit has been naturally aged for a minimum of four and a half years to reveal a bold new expression of cognac.

Nose: The nose is dry, spicy and woody, with lurking layers of sweet, ripe red fruits, and floral honey. 

Palate: Find a smooth palate, with rich notes of caramel and honey, along with cinnamon and more oaky spice. Black pepper,

Finish: Baking spices and more oak all come back on the finish, along with a fainter background note of honey.
