Wine Region: Sancerre, Loire Valley, France

Tasting Notes: Lychee colored hue with pink glimmers. The expressive and complex nose offers ripe red berries, from cherry to strawberry, combined with touches of boiled sweets and crème brulée. The palate is rich and smooth yet also beautifully fresh. A true gastronomic rosé! 

Food Pairing: Pairs magnificently with spring or summer salads, vegetable skewers and black olive tapenades as an aperitif!
