Schidione is their signature Supertuscan—a bold blend of Sangiovese Grosso (BBS11), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot—designed to embody power, elegance and the enduring nature of Tuscany’s south-coast terroir.

Tasting Notes: An intense ruby-garnet hue introduces aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, vanilla and a touch of Mediterranean herb. On the palate the wine reveals a deep, velvety core of black fruit and cocoa, layered with firm yet refined tannins, vibrant acidity and a lasting finish of wild game spice and minerality.

Food Pairing: Roasted venison or wild boar with juniper, or a platter of aged pecorino and Tuscan salami.
