Tasting Notes: Medium yellow-gold with a green tinge in the glass. Notes of lemon curd, yellow apple pith, toasted biscuit and roasted hazelnut. Any evidence of oak is well-integrated, with a degree of opulent richness overlaid by cool-climate freshness and minerality.

Food Pairing: Lobster dipped in brown butter, Cornish game hen, scallops in beurre blanc, truffle butter pasta and aged hard cheeses such as cave-aged Gruyère.
