The Star of the show - Borage
Borage grows in abundance around the house that inspired the gin’s conception. Borage offers the crisp, herbal cucumber taste that is unique to Moatwood 1485 as well as the beautiful blue hue. When combined with aloe, sweet orange, orris, elder, ginger, coriander seed and of course, juniper, you have perfectly balanced gin.
