The Scooter Merlot, our one and only Merlot is sourced from a single vineyard in the northern reaches of McLaren Vale. It’s our softest and most delicate wine with an aromatic lift of both red and dark fruits with layers of chocolate and spice. Beautiful tannin integration has created a wine of seamless structure and sheer drinking pleasure.
Nose: Displaying aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, along with cassis and hints of ash, white pepper and spices.
Palate: Great concentration and volume in the mouth with full, round tannins.
