Bodega Otazu Tempranillo Rosé is produced in the region of Navarra. Made using the traditional saignée method, tempranillo grapes from the estate’s 5 plots are harvested and then fermented in stainless steel until just the right level of colour has been achieved. The aim is to maintain the character of the tempranillo and make a fresh, vibrant rosé.
Nose: Fresh and fruity nose with citrus notes such as orange peel.
Palate: Medium-bodied with a pleasant freshness, followed by citrus notes in the finish.
Food Pairing: A good match for salads, rice dishes, pasta, vegetables, cold meats and soft cheeses.
