Meet the Porcelain Distillery, a family-owned and operated distillery located in the Liaoning province of China. With a mission to create a gin that reflects the rich heritage and cultural tapestry of China, Porcelain Gin aims to introduce a distinct Asian perspective to the global gin scene.

Each and every single ceramic bottle we offer is handmade, ensuring that every bottle is a unique work of art. The meticulous process behind their creation is what gives these bottles their exceptional quality and beauty.

Shanghai Dry Gin draws its origination from the familiar definition of a London Dry Gin.

A Shanghai Dry Gin must contain at least 90% of its botanicals that is sourced from China. The product cannot be artificially sweetened. All botanical flavour in a Shanghai Dry Gin must be imparted through distillation.

Ingredients:
Mongolian Juniper Berries, Goji Berries, Sichuan Peppercorn, Cardamom, Coriander Seeds, Almond, Hazelnut, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Mandarin, Rose (and 6 more ingredients that we can't share yet!).

Tasting Notes:
Chamomile and mint on the nose with sweet lemon and lime. On the palate there is candied mint followed by herbaceous, vegetal notes and slightly bitter citrus pith.

We are proud that Porcelain Gin has a detected methanol level that is 6 times lower than EU Official methanol requirements.
