Redwood Empire 'Pipe Dream' Bourbon

Pipe Dream bourbon is named after the 14th tallest tree in the world - believed to be 1,340 years old. The whiskey is made with a high corn mash bill - 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley - and blended from whiskies aged between four and 12 years. The nose offers powerful aromas of sweet maple and vanilla with a hint of honey. The palate is rich, deep, and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla, black pepper, and charred wood notes. This bourbon works well in cocktails such as a Mint Julep, Old Fashioned, and Whiskey Sour.
