This vineyard designate wine straddles a fine line between Old and New World. On the traditional side is a coulis of blackberry fruit (a pergola trellis is used for better grape aeration) and sweet spice. On the modern front are deep oak shadings. The final result is an excellent package and an example of very good winemaking.

Tasting Note: Intense garnet red, typical nose of dried grapes, ethereal and full. Dry on the palate, strong but soft and balanced. An important wine of rare elegance.
