Villa Soleilla Blanc is Gérard Bertrand’s biodynamic masterpiece from La Clape, an estate bathed in Mediterranean light. This cuvée blends southern white grapes into a luminous expression of texture, freshness and minerality.

Grape Varieties: 50% Roussanne, 35% Vermentino, 15% Viognier

Wine Region: La Clape, Languedoc, France

Tasting Notes: Pale golden colour with green reflections. Aromas of citrus zest, apricot, white flowers and acacia honey unfold elegantly. The palate is vibrant and textured, with notes of candied orange, stone fruit and subtle salinity leading to a long, refined finish. Drink 2024 - 2030.

Food Pairing: Pan-seared scallops with saffron beurre blanc, or goat’s cheese tart with caramelised shallots.
