Fabulously fruity, it's made with handpicked sloe berries from the hedgerows surrounding Falls Farm, where the gin is distilled. The berries are then macerated in Warner's Harrington Dry Gin. Would do very nicely in a glass of Prosecco.
Tasting Notes: Very full bodied, lovely and jammy berries, a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon with tartness from the sloe berries, and a hint of orange peel. Dark chocolate and juniper linger on the finish.
