Chase 'Williams Elegant 48' Gin

Elegant 48 Gin is made using rare varieties of apples from 200-year-old orchards. Adding juniper, hops, elderflower, bramley apple, angelica root, orange and lemon peels, plus secret wild botanicals from their meadow and fresh water from their spring. 

Fresh aromas of juniper, citrus fruit and spices. Elegant, crisp with juniper and green fruits upfront, followed by warm spices and earthy undertones. The finish is full bodied, expressing aromatic complexity.
