Nose: Intense flavours of blackberry jam, cocoa, blueberries and raisin.
Palate: boysenberry, raisins, violets, vanilla and a tingling, stony finish. Heavily extracted, but not heavy-handed.
Finish: Long tingling, stony finish, Pair it with risotto with gorgonzola, or grilled sausages and tomatoes.
