All changes to your membership (pausing, canceling or changing) must be made on our website by the end of the 1st day of the month to ensure that these take effect in that month.
All memberships will be delivered to the address provided over the last 2 weeks of the month and deliveries are organised based on zones.
E.g. all east end deliveries are grouped together.
When setting up your membership you have the option of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months terms. The 30 day option automatically renews every month and must be cancelled by you via our website by the 1st of the month to take effect that month. All other options automatically cancel themselves once the number of months are fulfilled and delivered to you. Months for which you may have paused your membership are excluded.
All gifted memberships require prepayment at the time of purchasing the membership. Unfortunately once purchased these cannot be cancelled and/or refunded. Gifted memberships must be purchased for a minimum term of 3 months.
